Roel has extensive (international) experience in the field of continuous improvement, operations and logistics. He worked with multinationals such as Philips, Flowserve and EMO. He also worked with mid-sized manufacturing organizations like Matador and Goudsmit Magnetics.
Morgens, established in 2001, has an excellent track record with change management and continuous improvement in a variety of organizations in health care, public government and education.
Together, they took the opportunity to combine forces and improve the industry and warehouse sector.
